hi, I’m jimmy and I could not be more amped to be a part of the strike bridal bar team! I have close to 10 years experience in bridal styling in milwaukee and there's nothing more I like to do than help brides find their perfect dress! I’m truly lucky that this is my career and I’ve been able to help so many brides along the way!
strike bridal bar is the pinnacle of perfection when it comes to finding your dream dress. I am an advocate for inclusivity and body positivity — and that energy radiates from the minute you walk into strike. everyone is not only welcome, but encouraged to be themselves — we are here to boost you up and have a ton of fun. every bride deserves to feel the most confident, comfortable, and amazing when they are shopping for their dress and I do everything in my power to ensure that is the case! I’m so lucky to be a part of such a talented and fun group of empowered women!
when I’m not living my best life with striking brides and the team, I love spending time with my friends, trying new milwaukee restaurants, playing video games (big nerd over here!) and dreaming about having a small animal farm (spoiler alert: it will be full of baby goats!).
my current favorite gown at strike is monstera by aleena leena. it’s sleek, sexy, and unique!

He was able to pick out the relevant bits of my ramblings and find exactly what would both look amazing on me and be the style I love. he would carefully listen about what I liked and didn't like about a dress, and then find ANOTHER amazing dress that had all the characteristics I was drawn to! afterwards, he was kind enough to text a follow up and help with an additional question. “I loved my experience wedding dress shopping. I had never been before, but had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I found the dress at my first appointment! Jimmy was my stylist and was so knowledgeable, friendly, and laid back. The dress I ended up choosing was the second one he picked for me, even though I tried on maybe 10 dresses. “strike has a huge, beautiful selection of dresses in many different styles and fabric, so there is something for everyone. they are very inclusive and body positive. I went to 4 other bridal shops before going to strike, and I was feeling both defeated and overwhelmed. my stylist jimmy listened to my thoughts on the 50+ dresses I had tried on and made me feel like we were a team. the process of finding my dress was a bit like goldilocks—he brought me a few that were close but not just right then he took all of my feedback into account and brought me the perfect dress. I wanted to sleep on it before deciding for sure, and jimmy came in the next day even though they were closed so I could try it on again. he suggested small changes I can make in alterations and showed me accessories that I can add to make it exactly what I want. my experience at strike was absolutely phenomenal!”
