we LOVE partnering with other local wedding vendors to create STRIKING styled shoots! if you are interested in borrowing a gown, shortie, jumpsuit, or accessories from strike bridal bar for an upcoming styled shoot, follow the steps below. we can’t wait to work with you!

GOWN CARE
our gowns are our biggest and most beautiful investments and we request you take care of them as if they were your own. that means: carrying trains when walking to avoid snags and stains, being cautious not to get makeup on the dress, and not using locations where it could easily get damaged or dirty (ex: muddy grass, on the beach/in water, etc.). the dress(es) must return to strike bridal bar in the same condition that it/they left, or the borrower will be responsible for any additional cleaning, repair, or replacement costs. by submitting this application, you are agreeing to strike bridal bar charging the credit card on file for any cleaning, repair or replacement costs. dresses that are damaged beyond repair, the borrower will be responsible for the full retail cost of the gown.

PRODUCT LOANER FEE
a product loaner fee is due at the time of your loan approval. a $150 fee is due for each gown rental and a $50 fee is due to rent up to 3 accessories. this fee covers borrowing the gown only. additional fees for cleaning and repairs will still apply based on the condition items are returned.

PICK UP / DROP OFF
gown loans are available monday through friday ONLY. gowns cannot be out of the shop over a weekend. we try to have the gowns out of the shop for as little amount of time as possible, so we ask that you please pick up the products on your way to the shoot and return immediately after shooting that same day. some exceptions may be made if the shoot takes place on a day we are closed or requires traveling to a venue outside of milwaukee. if a product is returned dirty or damaged, we will charge $100 for cleaning OR the total retail cost of the gown if the gown is not repairable and/or presentable to our brides, at the discretion of our owner.

PHOTO CREDIT
strike bridal bar, as well as the designer of the gown, must be properly credited in any posts or publications of the shoot and be given rights to the use of the images. you must tag us in the image itself + the caption section of any social media posts. we guarantee that we will not edit or crop any images provided to us and will always properly credit the photographers and any other vendors involved in making the styled shoot a success. please send the link of photos and vendor credits to mke@strikebridalbar.com.

step 2: once approved, pay the product loan fee that applies to your shoot.

if your loan request is approved, we will send an approval email which includes an invoice for the product loan fee along with a contract to sign. once we receive these items back, you are ready to pick out your dress!
